Return Policy

Returns

Our policy is valid 30 days from purchase. All returned and exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We will only exchange an item if it is defective or the wrong size. Please try to make sure you are purchasing the correct size item needed for you, but we will exchange for a different size when applicable. If you have an item that is defective from manufacturer mistake that we may have missed in pre-shipping inspection, please email us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product ship back to our address on the order form. Do not mail an item until you have first contacted us to let us know the reason for the return.**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you through email when we have received and shipped your exchanged product.
